NM Advanced Practice Healthcare Group LLC is a telehealth-only medical practice serving adults across New Mexico. Every visit takes place by secure video or phone, so you can get care without traveling to a clinic. We do not offer in-person visits.
We focus on the times when follow-up matters most: the weeks after leaving the hospital, and the ongoing management of chronic and cardiometabolic conditions.

To be seen by our practice, patients must meet all of the following:
Adults 18 and older
We care for adult patients only.
Located in New Mexico
You must be physically located in New Mexico at the time of each visit.
Telehealth visits
All visits are by secure video or phone. No in-person visits are offered.
